Dale has a unique set of skills in that he has qualified and practiced as a lawyer/attorney and has worked within the law firm environment for more than 10 years. This includes years spent practicing at a ‘big five’ South African law firm, an international law firm and other specialised law firms.
Lebo, on the other hand, has experience working at investment banks in the United States of America and top local and international law firms in South Africa.
In his career, he has been involved in strategic discussions at partner and leadership levels ranging from day-to-day operational meetings through to broader Africa-wide strategic decisions. After a firm wide selection process, Dale was elected to oversee the selection and then to mentor an inaugural ‘junior board’ for a top 100 international law firm. Responsibilities included regular one on one engagement at board and senior leadership/executive level.
Dale has worked in specialised recruitment for more than five years, including establishing and then managing the South African office for an international search firm.

Lebo has over 20 years experience working within banking and professional services, with the majority of that time spent working in law firms. This time has included in-house human capital functions, including talent acquisition at boutique law firms, large corporate and international law firms with offices in South Africa. She has worked in the Africa desk in a human capital capacity and was responsible for overseeing talent acquisition and human capital functions for Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Madagascar and Tanzania.
Over the years, Lebo has engaged with entities on a variety of people-based projects to assist businesses to empower and develop existing talent, identify future opportunities, plan and implement processes, procedures and initiatives to reach their goals.
